When will my order ship?

Current turn around time is 5 – 7 business days. This does
not include the day you place your order. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding
holidays. Once an order leaves my hands I am not responsible for shipping time with the carrier
(USPS, UPS or FedEx). Large orders may take longer but you will be notified within 24 hours if
it will be outside my current turn around time of 5 – 7 business days.

2. What Is your Return Policy

No returns and no refund policy unless an error was made on our behalf.
Please read product descriptions of carefully. All sales are final. Please contact us immediately if
there is an issue and we will do our best to make it right!

3. What Happens if I have a Damaged Package?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if an item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send pictures of inside and outside of package (if product is
damaged) as well as picture(s) of the damaged or incorrect item. WE ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

4. Do you allow Cancellations?

You have 24 hours after an order has been placed to cancel your
order. Once 24 hours has passed, we are not able to cancel your order as we have begun to
process your order.

5. How Do I Care For My Items?

Handling / washing directions are enclosed with every product. We cannot offer any warranty as we have no way of knowing what elements a product has come in contact.
Please find your care instructions carefully.

6.Do You offer Wholesale?

We offer discounts on (non-personalized) bulk orders
starting at 5 or more of the same product. Please reach out to us for a quote.
